Some Basic Information About Our Innovative Web Site!

Online Order Entry

Our web site shows
our entire and complete inventory, online, updated in real-time.
The quantity that is in stock is shown to the very left of the
screen. You just need to fill in the quantity desired in the
open box on each line item that you want to order. Then scroll
down to the very bottom and enter your customer ID and password.
Next, choose the shipping method. We would suggest that you use
a ground, deferred service in order to avoid the high cost of
airfreight. Then you choose your preferred payment method (COD
or Credit Card). If you choose credit card, we will use the credit
card number that is already on file with us. Finally, type in
a PO # (if you use POs this field is optional) and
click on the Submit Order button.

On the next screen
will be a summary of your order. Please verify its accuracy
and then click on Ship It. The next screen will show
your order number. If you do not get an order #, then your order
was not completed and will not ship be sure you get to
the final screen that shows the order number.
Immediately thereafter,
you will be emailed the confirmation once again. At approximately
6:00 to 7:00 pm, the tracking numbers will be emailed and also
available on our web site for tracking.

Please do not hit the back button on your browser when ordering. Once your
order has been submitted then it cannot be changed online. If you need to make
changes, please call us. Or if you wish to order again, then click
Real Time Inventory and that will allow you to place a new order.

you can track your order without having to jot down a tracking
number and then go to the UPS web site! Our program does it ALL!
Just click on the Order Tracking button and choose
which option you want. Then you just need to click on the Track
Order button that appears next to the tracking number and it
will automatically enter that number into the UPS web site and
display the results in seconds! Nothing could be easier!

Online RMA Processing

Yes, you really
can get RMA numbers generated online, 24 hours a day, 7 days
a week! We even have ALL of your invoices online for easy access.
Better yet, we have pictures of nearly all of our items, so you
can easily identify your parts!! It is a very easy to use, menu
driven system that will get you an RMA number in minutes! (Yes,
our system will give you the RMA number instantly no waiting!!)

The Wholesale Auction
|
Our wholesale auction
is the place for amazing deals. Quite often we need to buy very
large lots of merchandise. Mixed into these lots are smaller
quantities of items that are not cost effective to put up for
sale on our regular web site. We let these small quantity items
go at really low prices simply to maintain an efficient and clean
warehouse. While no warranty is offered on these items, we will
always accurately describe the merchandise so there are no surprises.
If items are new, you can expect them all to work, excluding
the normal defect rates of approximately 1 or 2 percent. If items
are as is that means we are not sure if they work.
If something is defective, we are quite certain they
do not work!

A Couple Of Basic Points About Our Service:

- If you order something
and it arrives and is not to your expectation, we will take it
back with no questions asked. Your risk is paying freight both
ways. These claims must be filed within the first 48 hours after
receiving product we feel this is a reasonable amount
of time.
- Frivolous returns
due to poor sales of an item, lack of technical understanding
or interest in getting an item to work properly, are not acceptable
to us.
- Price Protection:
We are the most aggressively priced company in the industry.
Because of this, we pass price reductions through as soon as
it is possible. This results in sometimes rapid decreases in
price. A customer who ordered immediately before such a reduction
is sometimes upset that they paid too much. A customer
who orders just afterwards is usually quite satisfied with the
new pricing. If you are a long term customer of ours, no doubt
you will experience both sides of this. While single incidents
of being on the wrong side of a price reduction can be annoying,
we hope you feel that over time, the net benefits of dealing
with us are significant.
- Please, no refused
shipments or bad checks. We utilize a 3-strikes system. A strike
is earned by refused shipments, bad checks and other obvious
cases of poor judgement. After three strikes, we will politely
decline future business. This is our way to build better relationships
with customers who we feel are astute businesspersons and who
will be there in the long run.
- Minimum orders
are now $100.00. There is a $10 surcharge for orders under the
$100 minimum.
- Returns
please pack any suspected defective items as if they were new.
We find that nearly 50% of all returned items are in fact working.

We are genuinely interested in long term relationships. It is
important to us that our customers are successful and that selling
Evertek product is profitable. While we have rules that we feel
draw a reasonable line between the sometime conflicting interests
of buyer and seller, we are also reasonable people and are willing
to discuss anything that may concern you.
